About the Company

We are currently representing a reputable developer with mixed portfolios in Hong Kong, Greater China and Overseas. With a newly added headcount to further support their business expansion, they are looking for a Project Manager/ Assistant Project Manager (Interior Design) to be based in Hong Kong to join their Project Management Department.

About the Role

Directly reporting to Department Head, you will be responsible for:

• Collaborate and liaise with internal stakeholders and project team as well as external consultancies & contractors to manage projects from feasibility to handover stage
• Design coordination and management including reviewing design concept, detailed design, material selection, and construction supervision to handover.
• assist in planning and up keeping of master programme to monitor design process
  
  

Requirement

• Around 8 to 10 years in project management within developers, preferably with mid-large scale residential/ commercial project development references
• Proven track record in project managing from interior design perspectives to support running full project cycles
• Detailed-oriented with good design knowledge for material selections as well as to review design submissions from consultancies/ contractors
• On-site inspection may also be required to make sure quality of works are up to company standards
• Strong leadership & stakeholder management skills, with good command in Chinese and English
• Proficient in graphic software such as AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3D Studio Max
• Degree holder in Architecture/ Interior Design or equivalent
• Candidates with less experiences may be considered as Assistant Project Manager (Interior Design)
