Coordinate and manage all aspects of interior design projects, ensuring they are executed smoothly from start to finish.
Collaborate with clients, design teams, and contractors to understand project requirements, objectives, and timelines.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure timely completion within budgetary constraints.
Oversee the procurement of materials, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), ensuring they meet design specifications and quality standards.
Facilitate communication and coordination between various stakeholders, including architects, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, identify and resolve any issues or conflicts, and ensure adherence to design plans and project specifications.
Manage and lead project teams, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

about the requirements

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a project manager in the interior design industry, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
In-depth knowledge of interior design principles, practices, and construction methodologies.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
