This role is pivotal in driving the adoption of sustainable energy solutions by promoting residential charging infrastructure. You will play a key role in expanding the reach of their innovative EV Chargers and aligning initiatives to increase product adoption among residential users.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee installation projects and work with contractors for smooth project completion and delivery
- Develop and execute strategies to boost sales and attachment rates of residential charging products.
- Project tendering for residential EV Charging installation works
- Conduct data-driven analyses of customer feedback and sales trends to identify challenges and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate across teams to design, test, and implement initiatives that drive demand.
- Manage pricing strategies and channel distribution to optimize market presence.
- Present and align priorities with stakeholders, including cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience, preferably in product marketing, growth strategy, go-to-market planning, or business operations.
- Experience in industries such as electric vehicles, energy, or home consumer electronics is a plus.
- Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to extract actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects end-to-end, taking full ownership of outcomes.
