Your responsibilities will include:
... - Plan and manage the implementation of commercial projects in all regions – Asia Pacific, Middle East, Americas and Europe.
- Determine and agree project deliverables, milestones and timescales with customers and align expectations on project risks and contingencies.
- Coordinate and manage projects / timelines with Design, Sales, and Supply teams, as well as external manufacturing partners and contractors, to ensure timely execution of project deliverables and consistently successful outcomes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve unforeseen but often inevitable problems that occur during projects.
- Build business improvement processes
- Source, evaluate and implement enterprise project management and collaboration software.
- Combined with an energetic and determined working style you should demonstrate the following qualifications and capabilities:
Skills required :
- At least 5 years of experience in cross-functional project management, commercial business planning, special projects, product development and/or supply chain function, IT function.
- Familiarity with project management strategies and tools.
- Capacity to lead cross-functional teams with no direct reporting lines.
- Proven track record in delivering results and building trusting and effective collaborations.
- Ability to convince and contract with external parties – customers and suppliers.
- Independent, quick learner with good communication and analytical skills
- Travelling frequency within Asia / Europe is required > 50%
