Responsibilities
- Review and update the project implementation plan, ensuring it includes timelines, Gantt charts, milestones, and performance metrics for the ongoing project execution.
- Identify overall challenges and specific project risks, and propose strategies for effective risk mitigation and management.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and operational launch of the proposed system, ensuring alignment with established goals, objectives, and milestones.
- Provide direct advice and support to the internal project team during the project planning and implementation phases.
- Develop and implement tools, templates, and processes to support program governance, including methods for measuring and reporting project progress.
- Identify issues and offer recommendations, including adjustments to project elements, new tools, or processes to resolve these issues.
- Lead an impact analysis of changes related to the Strategy implementation and assess their cumulative effects on the organization.
- Identify and create strategies to facilitate broader organizational culture change needed to support the Strategy implementation.
- Develop and maintain a feedback mechanism for staff engagement to be reviewed by regional senior management.
Qualifications
- Well-versed in Project Management, Change Management, Leadership or Executive positions.
- Experience leading, planning, and conducting a program evaluation.
- Familiar with Project Management processes and helping an organization achieve its objectives.
- Ability to implement recommendations that were developed during evaluations.
- Able to resolve sensitive issues in a timely, professional manner.
- Post Secondary Education and/or Professional Certifications are an asset.
