• Education: Bachelor’s degree (HBO) in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a technical role, with proven project management experience in industrial environments, preferably in the food, chemical, or pharmaceutical industries.
• Expertise: Strong knowledge of process and mechanical systems, along with experience in project planning, risk management, and budget control.

• Ability to independently execute projects according to company standards and processes without direct supervision.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
