What You'll Be Doing:
- Attend periodic project reviews and update the Digital Briefcase per GBL standards.
- Maintain accurate project records, including progress reports and daily diaries.
- Prepare internal/external reports and liaise with stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support, including meeting minutes and project management documents (e.g., SHESQ documentation, project plans).
- Assist with contract management software to track correspondence such as Early Warning Notifications and Compensation Events.
- Support H&S management by closing out Site Management Tour and Safety Observation actions.
- Aid in accident/incident investigations reporting.
- Help develop and update resource allocation plans (OBS) and coordinate training requests for project team members.
- Lead and assist risk/opportunity reviews and follow up on actions from IRIS.
- Support subcontractor management, ensuring attendance and progress align with contractual obligations.
- Undertake assurance activities (audits) and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
- Promote consistency and reliability of digital data to enable data-driven decisions for project delivery.
Who We're Looking For:
Essential Qualities/Experience:
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Familiarity with project management lifecycle processes.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with all organizational levels.
- Effective interpersonal skills for developing relationships and influencing outcomes.
- Flexible attitude, capable of handling high-pressure situations.
- A solutions-based approach to problem-solving.
Desirable Qualities/Experience:
- Experience working on various project types.
- Proficient in Microsoft O365 tools.
- Holds a valid UK driving license.
