Role Overview:
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting project teams to deliver initiatives on time and within scope. Leveraging your Siebel expertise, you will ensure that projects involving Siebel systems are effectively managed and aligned with organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive project coordination for Siebel-related initiatives within the Change and Transformation portfolio.
• Maintain and update project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring precision and alignment with objectives.
• Manage key documentation, including status reports, risk logs, and Siebel system updates.
• Coordinate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and team communications, ensuring action items are tracked and completed.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and escalate issues as needed to maintain project momentum.
• Support resource planning, procurement, and contract management with a focus on Siebel systems.
• Ensure compliance with organisational standards, policies, and project governance requirements.
• Foster collaboration between technical and non-technical teams, bridging the gap between Siebel experts and business stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Coordinator, with hands-on involvement in projects leveraging Siebel systems.
• Strong understanding of Siebel CRM processes, configurations, or integration's.
• Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with a track record of managing multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or similar) and office software (e.g., MS Office Suite).
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with government or defence-related projects is highly desirable.
• Active NV1 Security Clearance (Negative Vetting 1) is mandatory.
