Close collaboration is needed with internal purchasing, business development, engineering and quality teams located in Europe (Genk, Belgium and Valencia, Spain). Act as Key Account Manager.
Project management of the business opportunity, including customer, supplier and internal activities.
Make a project plan, prepare and hold project management meetings, follows- up on tasks, steerco reporting and timely escalation.
Lead the development of the local Turkish fastener manufacturing base in close collaboration with purchasing and quality teams up to company standards.
Prepare sourcing decisions in collaboration with purchasing team, leads quality assurance in collaboration with supplier quality assurance. Make and monitor the timely implementation of sourced parts up to vehicle SOP.
Identify local operations location, draw up the implementation plan supported by operations team.
Assist in establishing a separate legal entity.
Coordinate and lead the acquisition and implementation of new programs at the OEM, and new customers.
Translate processes/ procedures as per the company's management system to local market requirements and cultural specificities.
Support the local deployment of the ERP SAP S/4 Hana to meet customer and local requirements.
