Responsibilities
- Assist project management, data processing professionals, technical users, and end users with routine tasks.
- Provide administrative and technical support as needed for various projects.
- Take detailed and accurate minutes during project meetings and prepare PowerPoint presentations based on notes.
- Help maintain project documentation and application/system libraries.
- Track project change requests and ensure they are properly documented.
- Maintain and update relevant project information in manual and electronic files, including activity schedules, status reports, and correspondence.
- Arrange meeting logistics for more than 20 people, including invites, agendas, and document sharing.
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience as a Project Administrator or similar role (such as Coordinator).
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to prepare and maintain project documentation, create reports, and track project progress.
- Able to resolve sensitive issues in a timely, professional manner.
- Post Secondary Education and/or Professional Certifications are an asset.
