- Assist with the preparation of documentation relating to all phases of the project life cycle. This will include preparing various project reports.
- Undertake procurement functions including creating of purchase orders and monitoring of workflows for all procurement activities.
- Assist in keeping track of project budgets, expenditures and reporting.
- Help to set up project meetings, organise venues, arrange for resources and equipment for the project.
- Documenting project processes, maintaining records and meeting minutes.
