Based in Singapore, this role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth execution of executive development programs by providing comprehensive support to participants, program directors, and both internal and external stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle—pre-program, during delivery, and post-program. Additionally, the role supports the Head of Program Management by overseeing Asia programs, assisting with event coordination, and driving process improvements. Flexibility is key, as the position may occasionally require working irregular hours, including weekends.
As a Program Specialist, you need to collaborate with faculty and stakeholders to design schedules, prepare materials, and manage learning portals for participant preparation. Handle administrative tasks, including organizing company visits, meetings, guest speaker logistics, and budget coordination.Supports the preparation of program delivery reports and post-program reviews. Mentors team members and coordinates workload distribution effectively. Provides comprehensive assistance to faculty and participants before, during, and after the program, which may occasionally involve evening and weekend commitments. Contributes to the enhancement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) by identifying opportunities for efficiency and implementing automation initiatives.

You will report to the Head of Department and coach / guide in a team of Program Executives.
skills and experience required
The ideal candidate for the Program Specialist should have at least a degree in Business Administration, or in Hospitality Management. He / she should come with 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the event management field. He/she must be comfortable working with IT systems and be able to adapt well with new software or applications. To excel in the role, you should be meticulous, organized and have good communication and coordination skills to ensure efficient communication within the team and when interacting with external clients.
