Responsibilities
As a Program manager you will be responsible for working closely with Portfolio managers within the TPMO and building strong relationships with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and process standardization.
Responsibilities:
- Manages execution of a program roadmap of prioritized capabilities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Define scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with workstream leads.
- Drive program governance, including policies and procedures
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple interconnected capabilities
- Coordinate with portfolio managers to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to gather updated and feedback
- Prepare and present program reports, status updates and performance metrics to senior management
- Resolve conflicts and address issues that may impact program success
- Identify and assess program risks, implementing risk management plans and contingency strategies.
- Address and resolve program issues promptly, escalating when necessary
Qualifications
- Bachelors’ degree in Business Administration, project management, engineering or a related field. A master’s degree or PMP/PMI certification is a plus.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management, with a proven track record of successfully management complex programs.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience working technology or related field
- Change Management Certification (PROSCI) nice to have
- Process Improvement Certification (Lean Six Sigma) nice to have
