As the Program Manager/Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for engaging with key stakeholders across the business including by not limited to C-Suite, HR, Finance, procurement and operations. As an expert Project Manager you trust your ability to influence, negotiate and guide key stakeholders in selecting the best solution for the organisation.
Working with vendors and internal resources you will drive the migration from on-prem to S/4 HANA. While some of the initial stages have been completed the expectation is that this will be a full SDLC which you will see through to completion.

Key responsibilities include:
- Program Setup and Delivery: Lead the setup and orchestration of the SAP S/4HANA Migration program, translating the business case into actionable work streams, and identifying all affected stakeholders and operational teams.
- End-to-End Program Management: Take charge of the entire program life cycle, commercial aspects, Work closely with technical resources and team to ensure an accurate project execution with comprehensive program governance.
- Drive culture across the program ensuring vendor and internal resources are delivering at a high level.
- Governance and Management: Oversee governance structures, budgeting, costing, risk management, reporting mechanisms, and the establishment of project control boards and steering committees.
- Complex Integration Management: Manage the functional scope, ensuring seamless integration across diverse systems.
- Drive key stakeholder engagement: As a high profile ERP change, this program requires a high level visibility for leadership through strong governance and controls.
What You Bring:
- 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Similar.
- SAP Expertise: Extensive experience in SAP project implementation and delivery, ECC6 & S/4HANA (minimum 4+ years of experience)
- Stakeholder Engagement: Demonstrated experience in engaging with C-Suite and Executive-level stakeholders, influencing strategic decisions in similar environments.
- Leadership and Communication: Excellent leadership qualities with a knack for negotiation, motivation, and building collaborative relationships across departments.
