About the role:
As a Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for strategy, planning, and execution of complex projects and programs. Your key tasks will include:
- Developing program/project strategies, including scope, solutions, and delivery approaches.
- Creating structured roadmaps and delivery plans.
- Managing risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Building effective relationships with business and technology stakeholders.
- Managing budgets to optimize benefit realization.
- Providing frameworks, tools, and methods for program and project delivery.
- Ensuring adherence to governance frameworks and integrating quality assurance.
Key requirements:
- Proven experience leading projects or programs with extensive budgets.
- 7+ years in program and project delivery, including business transformation and application development.
- Experience delivering complex solutions across business and technology.
- Background in the financial services sector, ideally insurance.
- Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills.
- Experience in cost management, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Knowledge of program management tools and methodologies.
- Team management skills with a track record of driving delivery outcomes.
