Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain production data
- Compare and analyze data to gain insights
- Administer allotment, reconciliation and SAP requirements
- Manage programs through all stages (application, approval, acceptance, invoice, production, and reconciliation)
- Properly document all required documentation in different platforms (CRM, SharePoint)
- Leverage CRM to manage programs and support with inquiries
- Coordinate audits and monthly reports
- Provide support to broker dealers and processors, properly document and update processes to ensure it is user friendly and provide training when needed
- Collaborate with technical staff and clients to establish goals and objectives for system improvements and upgrades
- Additional administrative duties as required
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in business administration with sales and marketing knowledge
- Ability to work with technology, utilizing standard tools as outlined by company directives (Advanced MS Office - high level Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with SAP CRM
- Knowledge of Power BI and Power Automate considered an asset
- Understanding of business administration and data analysis, ability to use analytical tools and statistical methods for forecasting and gaining insights
- Ability to discern relevant information to make effective and timely decisions regarding stakeholder inquiries
- Proven ability to work independently, take initiative and prioritize among competing agendas
- Work cooperatively and effectively with others as needed and focus on what contributions will help the team achieve its goals
- Can-do approach that fosters a positive team environment
