Key Responsibilities

• Manage programme risks, issues, and governance with robust controls and clear actions.
• Prepare and track reports, agendas, and decisions for governance meetings.
• Document and circulate meeting outcomes, maintaining an audit trail.
• Monitor and report on timelines, budgets, and milestones.
• Create dashboards for milestones, risks, dependencies, and financials.
• Support financial forecasting and cost tracking with tools like Power BI.
• Handle procurement tasks, including purchase orders and vendor liaison.

Skills & Experience

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Excel.
• Strong project lifecycle and financial management knowledge.
