Job Title: Program Controller - Digital
We are seeking a skilled Program Controller - Digital to oversee financial management across multiple digital programs. This role involves budgeting, financial reporting, variance analysis, and risk management, ensuring projects meet financial objectives and align with business goals. The Program Controller will collaborate with key stakeholders to manage expenses, identify financial risks, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage program budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure financial goals are met.
- Prepare regular financial reports and conduct variance analysis.
- Identify financial risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with Program Managers, Delivery Leads, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Provide assurance on program performance and monitor project risks, issues, and changes.
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimise financial performance.
Key Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in ICT, Project Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in financial management, preferably in large-scale digital transformation programs.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting frameworks, variance analysis, and risk management.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) and financial reporting software (e.g., Excel, SAP).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
