about the job
As the program advisor, you will need to handle phone enquiries from prospective students, sharing with existing / potential students on new classes / lessons. Implement marketing techniques, such as advertising and sales promotion. Give advice and recommend materials to students. Handling paper work for enrollment, payment, renewable and refund etc. Create student bookings and arrange semi-prive and group lessons. Work closely with the instructors and students on fixing their schedules. Prepare business reports, student progress reports… Order material and keep inventory, work closely with the accountant to prepare and submit financial and other reports in a timely manner to the director.
about the manager/team
You will report directly to the Centre Manager and will be working in a close-knit team of 2 other colleagues.
skills and experience required
You will need to be tertiary educated and having some experience in a client servicing role or in hospitality will work to your advantage. You will need to be proficient and fluent in English. You should come with great communication skills and be confident in interacting and engaging all internal and external stakeholders. The ability to manage multiple tasks on hand, along with a service-oriented personality, will help you to excel in this role.
