You don’t need experience to start working at Johnson & Johnson Medtech in Leiden, but your motivation is very important. The work as a production worker at the Dipping department is physically demanding. You work accurately and can deal with responsibilities well. Read below what we ask of you.

• You have a good command of the English language;
• You are available from Monday to Sunday in 5 shifts: morning shift 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, evening shift 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM and night shift 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM;
• You are able to do physical work

As a production worker you will work at the Dipping department. Here the prosthetics are pulled over molds to be dipped in various chemicals. These molds are heavy, so you must be physically able to deal with the work. You will work in 5 shifts. You will work 6 days straight and then you will be off for 4 days. Below is a selection of your daily activities.

• Pull prosthetics over the molds;
• Hang molds in designated racks;
• Place racks in area with chemicals;
• Control the robot for the dipping process;
• Maintaining administration according to strict GMP guidelines.
