At Plukon in Blokker, we work with chicken. From here the chicken products are transported to the many customers around the country. As a production worker your tasks include checking, sorting, packaging and labeling outgoing products. Plukon is launching a dynamic onboarding program. We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team!

Program Overview:

- First Three Weeks: Get a personal mentor to help you master eight essential tasks.
- Progress Check: Perform at least five tasks by the end of three weeks to move forward. Your progress will be reviewed by the team leader.
- Three Months: Become proficient in all eight tasks.

Evaluation Criteria:
- Quality: Standard of your work.
- Efficiency: Speed of task completion.
- Attitude & Behavior: Including dress code and hygiene.
