- Analyze work orders to ensure material and resource readiness.
- Develop and maintain production schedules to meet delivery deadlines.
- Estimate delivery dates for quotes and orders, ensuring on-time performance above 90%.
- Conduct cycle counts for finished goods to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Forecast Work-In-Progress (WIP) needs and manage inventory turnover.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of production planning processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Implement LEAN practices to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- 5–10 years of production planning experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven expertise with ERP systems, preferably SyteLine.

Responsibilities
Production Planning:

- Forecast WIP needs and manage turnover efficiently.
- Investigate and address inventory losses.
- Monitor raw materials and schedule replenishments.
- Troubleshoot purchasing issues and adjust MRP forecasts.
- Maintain accurate ERP system data.
Continuous Improvement:
- Assess and improve production planning processes.
- Apply LEAN practices to enhance efficiency.
- Prepare reports for senior management on planning outcomes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required.
- 5–10 years of production planning experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven expertise with ERP systems, preferably SyteLine.
- Superior organizational, planning, and analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Demonstrated understanding of manufacturing processes and their complexities.
