Your Role:
As a Production Planner, you'll play a crucial role in our Supply Chain Planning team, translating commercial demand into efficient and effective supply plans. Your responsibilities will include:
Strategic Planning: Create and maintain a comprehensive 24-month supply plan, including scenario planning and non-commercial demand.
Operational Excellence: Issue work order release plans to material handlers and coordinate with Quality Assurance and Manufacturing to resolve on-hold inventory promptly.
Compliance and Standards: Ensure adherence to Division policies, procedures, ISO requirements, and GMP regulations.
What We're Looking For:
Education: Undergraduate or bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a Supply Chain-related field.
Experience: Proven experience in life sciences or a similarly regulated industry, with a strong background in planning, materials management, manufacturing, purchasing, inventory control, and/or finance.
Skills:
- Deep understanding of supply chain functions and MRP systems.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to tackle complex problems involving multiple competing factors.
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively.
