- Thorough and detail orientated.
Production Operators at Philips Healthcare in Best manufactures grid plates for medical and other machines. The grid plates are made from materials like glue and lead strips to produce the sheets. Your responsibility is to ensure the smooth continuation of the production process. Your daily tasks as a Production Operator includes:
- Loading machines with the raw materials (glue and lead strips ext)
- Adjusting and operating different machines
- Troubleshooting machine issues
- Working with protocols to ensure the quality and safety of the production

The main customers are hospitals and medical specialists. At Philips Healthcare, they pay attention to you as a person. As a Production Operator, you will be part of a diverse team. You will work in Grids sub-department of the main CRR department.
- You'll receive 17,83 % shift allowance on every worked hours, 8,33 % vacation pay, and a 13th month extra on your weekly salary.

- Possibility for a direct Philips contract with good functioning.
