The candidate we are looking for is reporting to Plant Manager and his principal responsabilities are oversee manufacturing/production operations; Develop manufacturing plans and establish procedures for maintaining high standards of manufacturing operations to ensure that products conform to established customer and company quality standards; Optimize utilization of manpower, machinery, materials, and other resources to deliver operation excellence and to meet the annual budgetary plan; Identify, recommend and implement changes to improve productivity and reduce cost and scrap, monitor scrap and rework data, Direct the establishment, implementation and maintenance of production standards; Proceed with team alterations as necessary on a timely evaluation basis and per the supervisor's instructions, Coordinate tasks and needs with other production/support areas (injection, maintenance, logistics, HR), Coordinate training actions, development activities and staff evaluation programs with the HR department, Ensure compliance with local regulations and the company’s SOP (Standard of Procedure), Cooperate with several essential programs to manufacturing procedures (e.g., Safety, plant layout changes, installation of equipment, maintenance, EHS & 6S, cost reduction, training, security, etc.) Drive and manage the Continuous Improvement programs in efficiency improvement, indirect material utilization and product quality yield and
Regular communication and coordination with CS SH.
Bachelor’s degree or above, in the field of engineering.
Experience in Automotive industry, preferably in a process-oriented operations with over 3 years’ experience in managing an entire operation of a manufacturing plant.
Technical background in the field of Auto components, Process and Test Engineering is highly preferred; experience and knowledge in injection manufacturing is an advantage;
Hands-on experience in manufacturing-base technology, lean manufacturing, international quality systems: IATF16949/ISO9001/ISO14001, and driving productivity and quality improvement programs;
Proficient in English and good comunication skills.
