Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day manufacturing activities to ensure efficient, high-quality production processes.
- Manage procurement, supply chain, and inventory to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials.
- Ensure optimal functioning and maintenance of manufacturing facilities, creating a safe and productive environment.
- Enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment and compliance with all regulations.
- Oversee the financial aspects of manufacturing operations, including budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation.
- Lead initiatives to improve manufacturing processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce waste.
- Design and implement state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities to support operational excellence.
Qualifications
-6-10 years leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
-Strong written and verbal communication
-Strong organizational & managerial skills
-Strong understand on Continuous Process Improvement
-Experience in Machining environment an asset
-Experience in Custom Manufacturing an asset
