We are currently looking for a Production Manager for a leading player in the Food and Beverage Manufacturing Industry for their expansion. This company has a legacy of more than 80 years in the world. This position requires your urgent attention.

- Develop production plans and motivate teams to achieve optimal yields, meet quality standards, and ensure on-time delivery by effectively utilizing manpower, equipment, materials, and cost.
- Plan, organize, and implement workflow policies and procedures aimed at improving efficiency without compromising safety or quality, ensuring production schedules are met.
- Maintain open communication with management, staff, and other departments to support smooth operational processes.
- Continuously monitor production to maximize output while minimizing material waste, time, and resource usage.
- Collaborate closely with departments such as Quality, Technical, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and R&D to ensure seamless and efficient operations.
- Implement effective inventory management procedures, ensuring proper receipt, withdrawal, return, and system updates in line with organizational standards.
- Ensure timely and accurate closure of work orders and conduct regular and annual stock counts with minimal variances.
- Address non-conformance issues in production and warehousing, ensuring corrective and preventive actions are taken.
- Investigate customer complaints and provide responses within the designated time frame, following up with corrective and preventive measures.
- Ensure compliance with GMP requirements in all production and related areas.
- Work closely with the Food Safety Team to monitor the parameters of the Food Safety Plan, ensuring adherence by production staff.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives by implementing change management processes and best practices.
- Manage raw and packaging materials effectively to ensure smooth production schedules.
- Monitor and control the production process, making necessary adjustments to address any issues.
- Recruit, manage, and develop team members to meet high-performance standards.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports accurately and on time to supervisors.
- Participate in internal and external audits, investigate non-conformances, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
the experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in manufacturing engineering or any relevant discipline.
- Possess experience in food/beverage/pharmaceutical industry is an added advantage
- Proficiency in both Mandarin as this role requires to to serve a lot of Mandarin-speaking clients.
