You don’t need experience to start as a production employee in Leiden. It is important that you have a strong motivation to work for this company specifically. • You have a good command of the English language, spoken and written;
• You are available from Monday to Sunday in 2 shifts, from 6:30 AM to 2:45 PM and from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM;
• You are able to do physical work.

As a production employee in Leiden you will produce breast prosthesis. By doing this, you will make a difference for many people around the world. You work in a cleanroom according to strict GMP guidelines. There are various departments, each carrying out different activities. Consider, for example, texturing, filling and enlarging the prosthesis. It is a physical job where strength in arms and hands is especially important. As a production employee you work in 2 shifts. 2 morning shifts (6:30 AM to 2:45 PM), 2 late shifts (2:30 PM to 11:00 PM) and then you will have 2 days off. Take note that you will often work weekends as well. Below a selection of the activities.

• Filling prosthesis with silicone gel;
• Applying buttons to the prosthesis;
• Texturing the prosthesis;
• Checking and packing the products for shipment;
• Maintaining correct administration according to GMP guidelines.
