This role is set as a 6 monh contract due to higher volume production needs, though it could be extended or lead to a permanent opportunity.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

-2 paid 15 minute breaks, 1 unpaid half hour
Responsibilities
Assemble mechanical and electro-mechanical parts or components
Inspect and measure assemblies and materials to meet specified requirements.
Read and interpret work instructions to ensure work is completed to quality standards.
Accurately use system tools while maintaining data integrity.
Perform all tasks in alignment with Quality standards and maintain work area according to 6S principles.
Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in assembly, with experience in high-tech manufacturing being an asset.
Experience using basic workbench tools such as screwdrivers and torque wrenches.
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
Proficient in MS Office applications with good computer skills.
Self-motivated, capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
