The company is a A leading global medical device company headquartered in the United States.Objective:Under the guidance of the Manager, this role actively contributes to developing a designated range of products. It involves supporting short and long-term sales and marketing goals for specific brands, including tasks like introducing new products, promoting products, handling sales support tenders, and setting pricing strategies.Responsibilities: ◼ Business & Marketing Planning•Develop strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets by identifying growth opportunities and managing risks through thorough business analysis.•Analyze the market based on available data.•Formulate long-term strategies, annual plans, and marketing plans for designated categories.•Collaborate with various stakeholders to execute market research in support of sales and marketing activities.•Monitor sales and financial performance, making adjustments to plans as necessary.•Determine pricing strategies to maximize opportunities and minimize potential reimbursement cuts.◼ Product Marketing•Lead the entire process of product launch and lifecycle management.•Manage product quality-related issues by acting as a liaison with the global team.•Evaluate product design and revisions for assigned products.•Gather and coordinate end-user feedback.•Manage the product lifecycle through to phase-out.•Act as a liaison between different teams.•Provide training to sales teams and end users.•Develop effective sales and marketing communication materials and implement programs to enhance brand metrics, ensuring customer satisfaction.•Adhere to and ensure compliance with all company policies, rules, procedures, and standards.
求められる経験
•Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience.
•Experience in the field of interventional cardiology or interventional radiology is a plus.
•Proficient in both written and verbal communication in both English and Japanese.
•Strong Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
•Proficient in Computer and Analytical Skills.
•Flexibility.
