Extensive knowledge of business administration processes, especially of market analyses, good knowledge of marketing and controlling
Profound technical background with the ability to understand basic mechanical, electrical/electronic and software functions
Good analytical skills, ability to identify and rate risks and opportunities, strategic thinker
Good knowledge of relevant markets and industries
Sales-oriented: good skills to support and drive the teams of sales and marketing to launch and promote the focus products
Experience in direct sales or sales related position preferable
Distinctive social skills and ability to work in a team
Ability to enthuse and motivate people
Detail oriented while also comfortable as driver for large scale strategic initiatives
Good business level command Japanese and English and profound communication skills, especially for internal/external trainings and customer presentations
