Responsibility:
- Define the regional product strategy in coordination with the countries and the market field organization based on identified market trends and customer needs.
- Technical responsibility for the specific product portfolio including product maintenance. Prepare and coordinate the product life cycle (development, launch, roll-out, elimination) according to PCP.
- Prepare, review, and update technical documents (e.g product data sheet, technical presentations, professional articles, training material, etc.), supporting Sika organizations / external customers with technical enquiries about products and systems.
- Act as point of first reference for all product related enquires and collaborate with colleagues engineering, R&D, operations, logistics, EHS, Quality and technology in plants to address any issue that arise.
- Be in close contact with the APAC market field team and the Sales teams to define the product strategy and future development needs. Close coordination and communication with the global teams.
- Representative of Product Management in the respective LET.
- Manage product promotional materials in close collaboration with Product Marketing, ensure product information is up to date and can be used optimally throughout the APAC region.
- Provide relevant product and technical trainings to the countries in the APAC Region and make available product in the region available to all countries.

Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree or above. Graduated in chemistry, technical engineering, or related majors.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Systematic and logical way of working.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team and interact with other cultures and personalities.
- Good at problem solving and constructive solution provider.
- Product/Project management experience is preferred.
