key responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, within an Agile approach, to collaborate with other UX designers while driving the design process.
- Be user centric design driven, flexible, and enthusiastic, bringing new inspiring ideas to the team.
skills
- 5+ years of experience working as a UXer or in Product Design.
- 3+ years of experience working in the technology industry.
- Experience working in cross-functional team (e.g. design, engineering).
- Able to work autonomously or in a team.
- Fast learner, willing to experiment with new technologies.
- Ability to go from macro vision to implementation details in an interative highly collaborative, and supported way.
- Facilitate UX workshops form discovery to delivery.
- Degree in a UX related field and professional experience with digital products.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Mandatory:
Be a specialist in one of these tools: Userpilot, App Cue, User Guiding, or WalkMe.
Be a specialist in working with Figma and with a Design System.
