Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, you will:・Create and manage communication plans to align with brand strategies, seizing opportunities and managing risks.・Develop PR materials, including press releases and social media content, while managing media interactions.・Organize public events, seminars, and corporate social responsibility activities.・Lead crisis communication efforts and collaborate with industry partners.・Cultivate strong relationships with key patient advocacy groups in relevant therapeutic areas.#LI-Hybrid

■Skills & Experience Required:
・5+ years of experience in communications, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
・Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead projects independently.
・Proven ability to develop and implement PR strategies aligned with brand goals.
・Fluent in Japanese and English, with a strategic and analytical mindset.
・Collaborative, with the ability to work across functions and maintain a positive approach.
