Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy Development
•
Define and communicate the brand vision, mission, and positioning in the market.
•
Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer needs.
•
Develop and maintain a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with overall business objectives.
Product Development
•
Collaborate with R&D and product development teams to innovate and enhance product offerings.
•
Lead product launches and ensure alignment with brand strategy, including timelines, marketing collateral, and promotional strategies.
Marketing and Promotions
•
Design and implement marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales.
•
Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including digital content, advertising, packaging, and point-of-sale displays.
•
Utilize social media and other digital platforms to engage consumers and promote brand initiatives.
Financial Performance
•
Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, sales data, and ROI for marketing initiatives.
•
Develop and manage the brand budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize brand growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
•
Work closely with sales, distribution, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and customer experience.

Partner with external agencies and vendors for promotional activities and brand communications.
Consumer Insights and Feedback

Gather and analyze consumer feedback and insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Conduct focus groups and surveys to assess consumer perception and satisfaction.

Ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints.

Protect and enhance the brand’s reputation through effective communication and engagement strategies.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Experience:

5+ years of experience in brand management, product marketing, or a related role.
•
Proven track record of successful product launches and brand growth.
Skills:

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
•
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
•
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
