Webuild is hiring a Procurement Technical Requirements Expert for its Bucharest branch office.

Job Purpose:

Reporting functionally to the Head of Procurement Technical Requirements and operationally to the Proposal Manager/Bid Director during the Tender study, the resource plans and coordinates the External Costs validation process to ensure technically and economically robust outputs in time with tender needs.

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction or similar; 

• 6/8 years of working experience in the construction field, industrial or similar; 

• Experience on construction site preferred;

• Familiar with principles and best practices of supply chain management;

• Available for short missions nationally and/or internationally;

• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel;

• Extensive software skills (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Powerpoint & Excel);

• Able to work independently and as part of a team;

• Strong communication skills;

• Fluency in English is a must;

• Strong organizational abilities and coordination attitude;

• Time management skills; 

• Proactive and multitasking;

• Goal oriented and adaptive;

• Curiosity and interest to broaden technical knowledge.
