Work Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Procurement, preferably within the Solar EPC industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- In-depth knowledge of procurement procedures and hands-on experience in purchasing various electrical accessories.
- Basic understanding of sourcing requirements related to Electrical, Mechanical, and Civil aspects for Solar EPC projects.
- Developing and implementing strategies for material purchase, focusing on cost reduction in procurement, packaging, and shipping.
- Reviewing contracts and agreements to ensure the best price and quality for purchases.
- Maintaining records of supplier contracts, agreements, goods ordered, and received.
- Building and managing vendor relationships, ensuring strong supply chain partnerships.
- Maintaining an MIS of released orders, order acceptance, GTC, delivery status, payment status, warranty, and import documentation.
- Ensuring timely delivery through inventory management and cost optimization strategies.
