We're looking for an experienced and reliable Process Engineer to join a growing team for a global leading metal component manufacturer!

Reporting to: HOD
Location: Johor
Excellent remuneration and bonus package

the role

Drive process consistency and quality improvement to meet key performance objectives (KPOV and KPIV). Evaluate and enhance PFMEA+ to mitigate risks.
Monitor and improve AOI machine production efficiency and yield. Conduct root cause analyses and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop and maintain documentation systems (e.g., PMP, FMEA). Provide technical support by creating rejection criteria, work instructions, and operating instructions.
Address internal and external customer findings. Implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
Work with automation teams on preventive maintenance schedules. Support the development of vision programs for new products.

the experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
At least 2 years of working experience in related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
