Our partner, specialized in the field of printing, is looking for a new member for its team. Reporting to the General Manager, you will manage and coordinate all stages of carrying out printing projects from their opening to production and delivery to the client.

Responsibilities
The main responsibilities of the project manager will be:
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with the various operations teams to ensure that customer priorities are respected
- Ensure that the process of preparing cost estimates, approving costs with our clients, as well as preparing the final invoice are done efficiently.
- Collects and disseminates information relating to the technical specifications of the file under his responsibility and coordinates the project at all stages of production.
- Management of deadlines
- Work with our subcontractors and suppliers
- Handle emails and phone calls
- Ensure the archiving of documents
Qualifications
Do you have the following qualifications:
- Very good computer skills (MS Office) and Outlook
- Be bilingual (French and English) oral and written.
- Experience in the printing industry
- Have good communication skills
- Excellent skills in managing priorities and meeting deadlines
