Responsibilities
• Ensure the smooth running of key processes (SMT equipment, TH, wave, etc.), in
collaboration with the NPI and maintenance departments.
• Work with employees to ensure the highest quality of manufactured products.
• Investigate non-conformities and propose improvements.
• Communicate standard times to be corrected, while providing ideas for
improvements.
• Participate, when necessary, in the assembly of products for specific orders.
• Carry out all other related tasks, in the various departments according to the
company’s needs.
Qualifications
• Relevant experience in PCB assembly process (SMT, TH, manual soldering, wave
soldering).
• Computer skills (Office Suite & KBM & MES)
• Leadership, resourcefulness and autonomy are essential for this position
• Good communication skills (French-English bilingualism is an asset)
