We are currently looking for a Principal Electronics Design Engineer for a semiconductor machinery manufacturer company based in Malaysia. This position requires your urgent attention.

the role
- Translate product needs into real-world functionality through circuit design.
- Refine existing circuits to optimize performance and efficiency.
- Design power transmission, motor controls, control boards, and communication interfaces.
- Ensure clear and comprehensive documentation for all electronic circuits and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Analyze circuits, select the perfect components, and build & troubleshoot prototypes to identify and fix issues.
- Guide and mentor a junior Electrical/Electronic Engineer team on various projects.
- Work closely with PCB designers and firmware engineers to bring products to life.
the experience
- Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent field.
- 10 - 15 years of experience crafting and developing electronic circuits.
- Extensive knowledge of electrical/electronic components (resistors, inductors, capacitors, transistors, op-amps, microcontrollers, etc.).
- Familiarity with standard electrical circuits (buck-boost converters, full-bridge rectifiers, various signal processing circuits).
- Expertise in signal processing techniques (FFTs, Transfer Functions, Stability Analysis, etc.).
- Understand and apply both digital and analogue signal processing principles.
