Role Overview:

Your Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality instruction and support for KS3 students, both individually and in group settings.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and Key Stage coordinators to enhance the overall educational experience.
- Act as a mentor, delivering tailored support and handling confidential matters with sensitivity.
- Foster clear and effective communication with fellow teachers, students, and parents, cultivating a positive and collaborative learning community.
- Develop, assess, and deliver engaging and comprehensive learning programs, ensuring a consistently high standard of teaching for KS3 students.
- Demonstrate an authentic passion for teaching KS3 subjects, mentoring and guiding students through their educational journey.
Your Qualifications:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE (Post Graduate Certificate of Education) or a QTLS and demonstrate experience working with KS3 students, preferably in educational settings.
- Showcase strong communication skills, promoting teamwork and collaboration in diverse situations.
- Express a genuine passion for working with KS3 students and fostering their academic and personal development.
- Possess knowledge and experience in KS3 curriculum development and classroom management.
- Exhibit adaptability to handle diverse situations effectively.
- Bring previous experience working with KS3 learners, a highly valued asset.
