We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to provide one-on-one support to a KS1 student with additional learning and behavioral needs. This is a full-time position, offering the chance to make a real difference in a young learner's life.

Roles & responsibilities:
- Establish a dynamic and participatory learning atmosphere.
- Able to assist learning in both individual and small group settings.
- Skillfully engage in communication and cooperation with the classroom instructor.
- Display patience, empathy, and effective communication while interacting with children.
- Adapt teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and individual requirements.
- Have a grasp of behaviour management strategies to promote positive conduct.
Requirements:
- You have a genuine passion for working with children, particularly those with additional needs.
- You have experience working with children in an educational setting, ideally within a primary school environment.
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to build rapport with students and create a nurturing environment.
- You are patient, understanding, and possess a strong ability to adapt your approach to meet individual needs.
- Eligibility to work in the UK without sponsorship
- You are a team player and enjoy collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
- You are reliable, dependable, and committed to providing high-quality care.
- An Enhanced DBS check or ready to acquire one through Randstad
