Randstad is seeking empathetic Teaching Assistants to work at a wonderful School in St Albans. As a successful candidate, you will assist and mentor every student in addition to doing routine classroom tasks.

Your main responsibilities as a successful Teaching Assistant will be:
- Managing behaviour and supporting the class teacher
- Using imagination and innovation to enhance the learning experience of all the children
- Working with small groups and 1:1
- Have a flexible approach and ability to adapt resources on the spot
Your core requirements to get on board:
- An Enhanced child DBS on the update service
- Eligibility to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available with this role)
- Able to make an impression on both us and our client
- Previous experience in Primary Schools is preferred
- Flexibly adhere to the needs of the children in a professional and friendly manner
- Good classroom management skills
