Lead strategic pricing negotiations and build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the dynamic Japanese pharmaceutical market.■About the companyOur client is a leading global pharmaceutical company with a strong presence in Japan. They are committed to innovation and patient care, offering a collaborative and supportive work environment.■Role & ResponsibilitiesAs Pricing Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our pricing strategy in Japan. You will lead negotiations with the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (MHLW), assess price potential, contribute to business planning, and collaborate with global and cross-functional teams. ■Requirements
- Proven experience negotiating new drug pricing with MHLW.
- Experience developing assumptions and forecasts for new drug prices.
- Excellent knowledge of Japanese healthcare business and reimbursement regulations.
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Marketing, Science, Economics, Pharmacy, etc.).
- Fluent Japanese (speaking and writing) and business-level English.
