Role: Presentations Specialist
Location: City of London
Shifts: Monday - Friday, 10:00 - 18:00
Work Model: Fully on-site
Job type: on going contract
Salary: £18 p/h
Key Responsibilities
- To complete amendments to and create documents as requested by clients using the Bank's template
- To take ownership for the quality of your work and the associated deadlines
- To use Symphony for job related duties accurately and effectively
- To accurately estimate the production time and liaise with Workflow Coordinators to ensure deadline adherence
- To share knowledge and encourage a supportive team culture
- Taking a pro-active approach to attendance and time management
- Ensuring adherence of objectives and contractual obligations (Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators)
- To quality check a sample of work produced and record findings on relevant systems
- To act in a professional and consultative manner to all clients
Key Skills
- The candidate must have advanced knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint. A working knowledge of graphics production and applications is also desired
- Experience of working in a corporate culture
- Ability to work to tight deadlines whilst under pressure
- Must be able to work on their own initiative
- Self-motivated, ability to think on the spot
- Continual improvement mentality, open and receptive to feedback
- Strong service mentality, commitment to service excellence is essential
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Flexible attitude
- Should be a quick learner, able to pick up skills relevant to the service needs
- Determination to achieve results and being prepared to put in extra effort when required
- Exposure to a shift environment would be beneficial
