about the job
- Discover the customer's business needs, and position the best solution to achieve those business objectives.
- Build and present customised solutions and demonstrations focused on the company products to multiple customer personas showing how their solutions will accelerate their business strategies and a path to value.
- Participate in all appropriate product, sales, and procedural training and certifications to acquire and maintain the knowledge vital to be effective in the position.
- Communicate concepts, architectures, solution approach options and evaluations through effective diagrams and written materials.
- Conduct solution demonstration, and proof of concepts (POC).
- Technical proposal writing for RFI/RFQ/RFP/Presentation to be provided to customers.
about the manager/team

about the requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in pre sales, technical sales, system solution integration or similar roles.
- Experience in platform or technology like Omnichannel Contact Center, Chatbot, VoiceBot, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) will be added advantage.
- Experience mapping RFI/RFP requirements to software solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, persuasion, presentation and writing skills.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills, including the ability to meet a business requirement with a technical solution.
- Outstanding solution scoping abilities, using our existing solution and influencing new product development.
- Ability to work as part of a team to solve technical problems in varied environments.
- Able to present products and ideas with ease, confidence and persistence.
