Provide guidance and support to local markets for media-related matters such as, but not limited to media briefings, executive interviews, media attendance, promotion of events through media outlets.
Be a key member of event project teams handling top industry events such as, but not limited to, CES/MWC/IFA.
Develop expert-level understanding of products from through close interaction with internal product-focused teams (product marketing, R&D, etc.)
Stay actively up-to-date on what’s happening in the consumer technology space, and familiar with how global media operate, with a special focus on tech media.
skills and experience required.
Bachelor's degree and above, effectively bilingual in Chinese and English. Marketing, Public Relations, or Journalism degree is preferred;
At least 10 years experience in the consumer electronics industry, which includes but not limited to tech related business in PR firms, tech journalism, product PR.
Strong interpersonal skills, with relevant experience dealing with media
Experience in creating excellent communication materials
Self-motivated, strong communication capabilities with the ability to express complex ideas clearly, and able to learn and adapt quickly.
