ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:The Public Relations (PR) Manager will be responsible for managing communications between a company and its public, as well as its investors and financial stakeholders.Responsible for creating, implementing and measuring the success of a comprehensive public relations program that will enhance the Organization’s image and position within the marketplace and the analysts and investor community.PR Agency Management: Expertise in leading the US-based PR agencies, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and alignment with organizational goals. Ensuring articulation of Organization’s desired image and position, assure consistent communication of image and position throughout the Organization.Corp Comm Strategy Development: Drive the development and implementation of comprehensive communication strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation Globally.Press Release Management: Oversee the creation, distribution, and promotion of press releases to relevant media outlets, ensuring accurate and timely dissemination of company news and updates.Engagement with PR Agencies: Facilitate discussions, negotiations, and relationship-building with PR agencies in India, US & other geographies as required to optimize resources, maximize coverage, and achieve PR objectives.Post-Nasdaq Listing Expertise: Demonstrate a strong understanding of the PR landscape post-Nasdaq listing, navigating regulatory requirements, market dynamics, and investor relations to effectively position the company and drive positive media coverage.Advisory: Provide proactive advisory to CEO on internal and external communication strategies, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and compliance with public listing requirements. Communication processes to optimize messaging for employees, media, investors, and other stakeholders, enhancing transparency and maintaining regulatory compliance. REQUIREMENTS:Proven experience as a Public Relations Officer or similar PR role with minimum of 15 years of experienceExperience managing media relations (online, broadcast and print) is mandatory.Prior work experience with US agencies is a plusBackground in researching, writing and editing publicationsAbility to interact and work with senior stakeholders including CXO levelProficient in MS Office, with expert-level Word and Powerpoint skills is ciesmandatorySocial media strategies would be a plusStrong communication ability (oral and written)Excellent organizational skillsAbility to work well under pressureCreativity and problem-solving aptitudeBSc/BA in Public Relations, Journalism, Communications or a related field
