Key responsibility 1 : Daily application support -Solve the incidents received from the business users in boutique -Provide workaround solutions when sooner solution is not available-Monitor and improve support service to business-Update documents / create new ones as required to explain to users and reduce the incidentsKey responsibility 2 : System testing with business users-Understand the test content and communicate the change to users-Prepare, coordinate and support for the tests with business usersKey responsibility 3 : Coordination between Global and local-Following up incident resolution-Support the business in communicating the priority and contents of issues / requests with the Global teamKey responsibility 4 : Users training -Proactively create training plans for the users as requiredKey responsibility 5 : Support SAP implementation•Support of each tasks during the projects such as hardware test, IT test, UAT, user training, deployment, onsite installation check, system hypercare after go-live.
